Branch Reunion Fri 8 Dec 7.00pm
All above are at HM Tower of London
After having a couple of reunions at the Tower in the afternoon rather than evening, it was decided at the recent AGM that members would prefer all reunions to be held at 7pm. This has now been approved, so all future reunions will be back at the usual 7pm time.
Entering HM Tower of London
The procedure for entering HM Tower of London has been changed during normal Tower opening hours (0900-1700 hours) only tourists will be allowed to enter by the normal West Gate entrance. All other visitors, including members of our Association, must use the middle drawbridge entrance. This will affect us in that members attending our daytime reunions (this year the Korean Veterans on Thursday 2 July and the Vintage Lunch on Thursday 14 September) must enter the Tower via the Middle Drawbridge. The new ruling should not affect our evening reunions (Saturday 6 May (the Dinner Night) Fridays 13 October and 8 December)
6 MAY 2017
Our annual Terry Crowley Memorial Dinner was held at the Tower on Saturday 6 May 2017.
The well attended event was hosted by our new Chairman Lt Col Keith Kiddie and our special guests this year were Col. Nigel Easton and his wife Nicky.
Entertainment before dinner was supplied as usual by The Balham Corps of Drums, led by Mr Colin Ashton. Guests were further entertained after dinner by Piper Chic Mackie and Chris Nelson on keyboard.
A wonderful evening was had by all. See more photos.
